    I just got done adding my run to daily mile and my daughter asks if I would like to go for a quick run with her. Not one to saying no to going out for a run, I grabbed my watched and went back out.

    I am so grossed out. We rode out at Legacy and the bugs out there are unbelievable. I had so many bug stuck all over me. ewwwww. It's going to take me a couple of days to get over this.
