  1. VELO
    good Huntersville, NC 2.3 mi

Another bike ride with the kiddo. Better then nothing, I suppose.

  2. VELO
    great 2 mi 00:15:00 8.0mph pace

Short bike ride with the kiddo now that she's off the training wheels. 2 miles may not sound like much, but it is when it's up hill half the way.

  3. RUN
alright Huntersville, NC 1.2 mi 00:18 15:16 pace

So, I haven't been doing any running in the last three weeks. What I have been doing is stressing out and smoking a lot. I've decide that those things shouldn't be an excuse for be... read more

You got out there today and that's what matters! Now just keep it up. (I know that's easier said than done some days).

It's ok to be a slug once in a while, but get back on track and start running again.

It took 3 months of working my buns off before I started to see results. Hang in there!

Someone told me you have to do more than 4 miles to see results. Not sure if that's true or not, but I'm down 23 lbs since May. I also use (i have app on ph) and that helps too. Don't give up, you are doing awesome. It'll come off soon.

I agree with Tara. I had heard something similar - like keeping cardio going for an hour to get in the fat burning zone. I think I have gained weight since I started running last year but i think I look better... muscle takes up less space than fat... Keep it up! It'll happen!!

  5. RUN
    Huntersville, C 3.21 mi 00:46 14:20 pace

For the first two miles it was raining, I had shin splints and I was pushing the stroller. So i'm going to consider this 3.21 miles a big fat victory! lol

  6. RUN
good Huntersville, NC 3.5 mi 00:51 14:42 pace

It was raining and I had the stroller. The little one didn't seem to mind though, so off we went!

  7. RUN
good Round the Hood 3.77 mi 00:55 14:30 pace

Cool today, i'm not used to it being below 90 degrees.

  8. RUN
good Huntersville, NC 3.08 mi 00:44 14:19 pace

Not bad. Having a tough time breathing though.

Because of the weather or do you think you are pushing your self too much? Best advice I was given, find your conversational pace.

Had the stroller again. I feel as if i'm making good time with it. Thanks to the stroller i've been pushing around, I think there might be a muscle forming deep in my gut somewhere. Who... read more

My distance is improving. I'm getting close to that hour mark though, and that's about all the time I have to exercise. Looks like my pace is going to have to improve sooner if I want t... read more

  11. RUN
good Huntersville, NC 3.1 mi 00:46 14:42 pace

Pushing the stroller again. I have a love hate relationship with the thing. I can't go as fast, but pushing that thing up the hills works my core.

  12. RUN
good Huntersville, NC 3.43 mi 00:49 14:23 pace

Not too bad. Farthest distance yet!

  13. RUN
good Huntersville, NC 3.14 mi 00:46 14:29 pace

I have the stroller today which makes it a bit harder. Told myself I only had to do two miles just to get myself out the door. Ended up doing over 3. That's a first while pushing the stroller!

  14. RUN
    Huntersville, NC 2.51 mi 00:38 14:56 pace

Not as painful as I thought it was going to be after taking a week off. I was even pushing the stroller too! My time is a little crappy, but that will improve.
