    Longest workout in months! Went with dad to his spinning class; just what I needed to shake off the really big, scary decision I made this weekend.

    Run after work (i.e. placement). Slowly working up to getting my speed and endurance back to baseline...

    Wasn't aiming for speed here. Just trying to get back into running for decent periods of time.

      Haha. It's been about 10-11 weeks since I broke my toe, so the doctor said I could/should start running again, as long as I keep it buddy-taped. I guess it's fused enough at this point!
