It was a perfect day to run! A very nice course!
I didn't know for sure if I was going to do it until last night. My foot was hurting pretty bad this past week... but the pain had slacked up the last day or so. Unfortunately by mile 7 I was feeling sharp pains. It felt worse when I walked, so I just kept running. It didn't really seem to slow me down much until mile 12 or so. I look forward to resting it and getting it healed back up. I'm probably going to hold off on marathons for a while. I'm looking forward to some 5ks and 10ks. I just don't have enough time to run distance without hurting myself it seems...

Thanks! Look forward to it getting healed. Limping around at work today just gives people an excuse to say running is bad for you...
