Well, another running week to not be proud of... I think I'm crazy thinking I can train for a marathon with my work schedule. I will do it, just going to be difficult...
I only got about 3 hours of sleep Thursday night, so I slept late this morning until 8. I was about to go run, when my daughter walked in with a plate, "I made your breakfast daddy!" I couldn't resist biscuits, eggs and sausage that she made. After we ate, I hit the trails since I didn't have much time. I normally don't run after eating anything, so this was not a great idea. Luckily I held everything down and enjoyed the run.
Next week will be better... can't get much worse : ) I hope y'all have a great weekend!

You made the right choice to take the breakfast from your little girl first :-) It will get better. Just keep at it.

    Hi-five:

Keep going Tim. You spent time with your daughter AND got a 5 mile run in. That's a lot of good karma.

    Great Performance:

Tim, don't get discouraged. You can train for a marathon on any work schedule. Just concentrate on your distance and not on time. You've got this. Great run as well.
