      Great job! The ice at the water stops was actually an issue, even if you ran in the middle you had to watch for spots of ice from discarded cups. I heard people at the first stop talk about their drinks being frozen.

      Tim, don't get discouraged. You can train for a marathon on any work schedule. Just concentrate on your distance and not on time. You've got this. Great run as well.
