good hill climb 15 mi 00:49 18.4mph pace
good. crappy weather and typically would've done a spin class but was full so just did a hillclimb mode ride on the stationary.

did 20 min at 10:00 pace and 20 min at 11:00 pace. trying to keep heart rate below 145

felt good. ran a 8:30 minute mile and then slowed it down to an 11 min mile and then walked the final 0:02:00
