    Thanks to the pacer group for allowing me to have a good run in Raleigh today. The course was a good training run for me.

    Had limited time to run so I met Kim @ Y for a short 4 miler.

    Practiced yoga this afternoon with Judy. Good class .... worked on balance, lower body strength, stretching/flexibility.... good overall body workout

    Met Kim and ran 4 + miles. Upper 70's, low 80's.... sun was not as intense as yesterday

    Met Kim @ Y and got in 6 miles. It was mid/upper 70's, warm air, breathing was challenged... not use to this warm air so quickly. We concentrated on miles not pace or time.

    Ran with some friends this morning. We were getting miles in this morning. Foggy, misty, and cloudy on the streets of Martinsville. We avoided the rain.
