    Fabulous race... weather was nice.... good run

    stroll down the beach this morning.... before 1/2 marathon tomorrow
    beautiful sunny skies, slight breeze, gorgeous October day @ the beach

    First run of the week 4.1 mi

    Went to the El Paral trailhead and started walking, then running, then walking, etc. until I had 4.1 miles.
    It was about a 10:30 pace... not the greatest pace but I got it done.

    Practiced yoga for the 1st time in about 2 weeks
    Good class to stretch, flex, twist muscles before race this weekend

    Kathy took us to another level of high intensity intervals with the Synrgy machine.
    Good cross training for running.

    10K and then some more 9 mi

    Ran around 4:20 pm this afternoon... sunny, breezy, cool temps (60's) - YES!
    had a 9:03 pace for 6.2 miles and 8:45 for 3 miles.

    Took a synrgy class: Tabata Interval
    Kathy worked us hard 20 seconds on the different stations in the Synrgy room.
    !0 minute ab work at the end of class.
    IT was a FAT BURNER!!!!
