    Kim needed long miles before her big race next Saturday

    Ran with Kayla for about 2 miles and then finished last 2 miles with Kim in uPtown Martinsville under the city lights

    beautiful sunny skies, slight breeze, gorgeous October day @ the beach

    Went to the El Paral trailhead and started walking, then running, then walking, etc. until I had 4.1 miles.
    It was about a 10:30 pace... not the greatest pace but I got it done.

    Kathy took a group of us on some high intensity training Wed afternoon

    Kathy took us to another level of high intensity intervals with the Synrgy machine.
    Good cross training for running.

    Ran around 4:20 pm this afternoon... sunny, breezy, cool temps (60's) - YES!
    had a 9:03 pace for 6.2 miles and 8:45 for 3 miles.
