    Kim showed up around 7:30 am this morning to run....some rainy mist ... we ran on Mulberry, Sam Lions, around Lake Lanier & then reversed route back to Y

    Went out early (6:40 am) and ran from Y to Silverbell , D&W trails
    foggy with a little mist later in the run
    good morning to run without high humidity

    Great class for challenging strength in arms doing plank & downward dog poses.... some balancing with tree pose & little ab work

    Ran with Rhonda & Kim after yoga class
    Did some steps, intervals, slower paced run in HOT, HUMID conditions

    Met @ Y and ran with Rhonda & Kim for some easy training miles. D&W trail was wet, slippery.... temps were still in 80's, high humidity....survived a "beginning of week" run

    Met Rhonda & Kim who raced last night also. We had a slow easy 6 miler this morning from Y throughout Martinsville streets & on D&W trail. Rhonda took us on a few steps!!!!!

    uPtown Martinsville's night race.... very humid, hot temps
    not enough water stations... no medal at finish line.... warm water/warm Gatorade at finish line

    Met Jay & Karen early this morning and ran from gazebo at start line of Harvest Moon course. Humidity was high again...... temp in mid 70's

    High 80's temp today and sunny... lower humidity but temps caused a little slower pace - Kim & I hit the D&W trail seeking shady spots

    Took Judy's power yoga with weights today..... good strength building in upper body.... low weights is the KEY in this class because of the 12 reps that you do for all poses

    The temps were not as high but it was still a rather sweaty, thirsty kind of run for Kim & I on the D&W trail
