good Loop Loop w/ Extension 7.35 mi 01:07 09:05 pace
Still recovering from the insect bites but at least got good sleep last night. This was an "easy" 7 miles w/ 6 x 50-second 3K-10K pick-ups. Paces felt comfortably hard but can tell that I... read more

great Tour de Cure Century (almost) 97.52 mi 06:21 15.3mph pace
Well, that was interesting. The good: got the miles done, rode well throughout, and had zero issues with fuel, fluids, and electrolytes. The bad AND the ugly: that severe storm that hit us at mile ... read more

alright In-Town O/B 4 mi 00:42 10:30 pace
A stretch the legs run ahead of Sunday's 50+ on the bike. Managed to get the run in fairly early with Laura S. and the Zo-dog.

RUN
good In-Town O/B 5.46 mi 00:53 09:39 pace
Easy 5 + 3x8-second hill repeats. Comfortable run. It's been a crazy week, so it's good to get the workouts in. TGIF.

RUN
good Loop Loop + Extension 7.35 mi 01:08 09:11 pace
Took awhile to get the feet moving but got into a groove after 2-3 and then ran comfortably throughout. Today's was an easy run + 6x30 second pick-ups (10K-3K pace). Solid mid-week miles.

RUN
good Loop Loop 5.16 mi 00:48 09:18 pace
Easy run with 3 8-second "hill" (or what counts here) sprints. Tough crawling out of bed this morning but grateful to have gotten a few miles in before a long day.

RUN
alright Local w/ Zo 4 mi 00:42 10:30 pace
Sloppy recovery run (driving mist throughout) but got in a few with the Zo-dog. She doesn't seem to mind the puddles, and after a few miles neither do I! It took a couple of miles, but the leg... read more

RUN
good In-town O/B 4.11 mi 00:40 09:42 pace
Shakeout run after the weekend's rides. My legs were feeling it a bit, so kept the run easy. Beautiful morning for a run!

Nice to get in that mileage Tim! Be careful with that ankle.

Thanks, Tim. It seems to be an issue w/ distance and lack of stretching (and a 9-10 hour/day desk job). Just have to remind myself during the day to stretch it out better and to be prepared for it to be cranky when I get my runs started.
