    So officially got cleared for some light biking. I actually broke a decent sweat for the first time since the run that ruptured my achilles. Sadly I will be missing lakefront =(. Always next time ; )

    Foot, ankel and calf all starting to feel stronger! Doesn't feel like i'm just pulling it along for the swim. Feels like it's actually kicking. One more month till biking!!!!

    This was quiet the workout. Imagine it as a bicycle but you power it with your hands. Figured this would be a good workout towards my swim and some extra upper body workout.

  10. had an appointment with my ortho doc, and the PT. i'm two weeks post surgery with no pain and almost no swelling. 10-12 weeks is the time table for cycling and walking with out a walking boot.... read more

    Water felt like a hot tub. Not even mildly refeshing. Was sweating up a storm after drying off. Neck and back still ached from the weekend so I cut this swim short
