      Nice ride Dan! I rode that at the end of the season last year, yeah that extension is going to be pretty cool, I believe it's set to hook up with the Hank Aaron trail. Those hills at the road crossings are a fun challenge if you take the short route :)

    My very lovely girl friend watched the kids so I could do a big outside ride before st george. Felt great, I could have biked way more but wanted some time with my kids

    Felt.....good! Started this out with 3 sets of pullups, squats, leg lifts while hanging from the pullup bar, pushups and lastly planks. We'll consider that my warm up.

    Got to the pool a bit late, so swim was shorter then normal. Went to yoga to find no instructor, could have swam on. To late, dried and showered. Not going back into the pool

    Turned out to be my best race of the year. Had some bus issues but all got cleared up and made it to the start line. Finished 8th in my age group!!!!
