    On Wednesday, I went for a 6.27 mile tempo run. The first 2.76 miles were run at an 8:39 pace and the second 2.76 miles were run at an 8:14 pace. Then, I closed out my run with a .75 mile cooldown.

    Yesterday, I started my long run around 8 AM, but it heated up quickly. My pace was much slower than I hoped for. I need to get my training back on track.
