350m WU, 500m drills (one arm, scull, kick), 2x(400m, 100m, 400m, 100m), 150m CD.

Good to get back with the squad. Still feeling much faster although wouldn't be able to tell with how much I got smoked by the old dudes swimming with me. Good to swim with swimmers that are better than me though.
