great Dub Ride Day #1 (Windang) 130.65 mi 06:45 19.4mph pace

First ride of the day. Pretty damn cold. Did a couple 30' sets (10' below, 10' at, 10' above IM Pace). Pushed the climb from Bulli pass really hard. Felt really strong and was pumping good watts at mile 125. Endurance is at an all time high. Mashed a huge stack of pancakes in the Gong and ate a pack of Gu chomps as well as 1 1/2 chocolate bars.
