    I'm back! BMF is suspended for the winter as got a bit of a sprained knee from Skiing but hoping I'll be able to run a few miles every now and then. :)

    An easy run with Leigh who's getting back in to running :) I'm still getting knee pain unfortunately but not as much so the icing, stretching etc might be working.

    A quick 3 miler after a week off to try to recover with a load of rolling on my legs and stretching.. injury with IT band is still there and I'm hobbling a bit today doh :/

      How's the roller thing going? Does it hurt as much as u said it would??? I've only been for one run this week :-(

      Well it makes it a bit better after.. and really helps the muscles feel nice and loose so prob worth it. But f**k me does it hurt!! lol.. seriously the first few times it brings tears to the eyes :) Not sure if it will actually work but worth a go.. ! You injured or just being a lazy cow? lol :)

      LOL neither!! I have an exam in 2 weeks so when not working am studying...I cud run at lunch but work is so full on by lunch time I just wanna zone out!! Need to realise that a run at lunch wud prob de-stress me but sometime the thought just puts me off?!

      Just stop thinking about it.. that's why ya haven't been cause ya think too much. Do it like a robot then once your out there it'll be all good :) And like ya said it will de-stress ya :) Plus you have the added bonus of being able to eat more crap then! Wooot.

    Used a knee brace thingy (probably not the best cure!) but it possibly helped as no knee pain yet.. yay! :)
