As I was running down a hill I passed a woman who screamed louder than I've heard anyone scream. She had something in her hand and I was sure I was about to get peppered with spray. But, it was just a phone. I reached the bottom of the hill and turned back up. After I made a dramatic display to show I was coming back up the hill she explained to me she thought the gangly looking hiker that had just passed her had turned around and decided to attack. Good times in the woods.
3.5 ascents up Mt. Misery. I think that's somewhere around 1400 feet of elevation gain. 4 minutes per mile slower than yesterday's run, and probably a harder effort.
