Felt a little stiff with a couple of niggles. Maybe I shouldn't have had that 15th beer at Legends? Love these woods.

good McCollum Park loops 5.16 mi 00:43 08:23 pace
First run after NC. First couple miles were effortless, but then my body told me it still wasn't recovered. No pain, just legs got tired pretty quickly. Overall, feel good.

Beautiful but tough course. Great training run for R3. Hats off to Brian, Cliff and Dave for great performances in the 50 mile ultra.

Nice job. Now it's time to start adding in some hills and pack training. This R^3 is starting to get real.

Thought it would be easier after 4 days off. Of course the first 8 or so were relatively easy, but the last couple were a struggle.
