    Tried out the REI backpack. Loaded it up with 140 oz of water. Heavy and bounced all over. Buying a Nathan Synergy.

    First run after NC. First couple miles were effortless, but then my body told me it still wasn't recovered. No pain, just legs got tired pretty quickly. Overall, feel good.
