    Thunderbolts and lightning.....very frightening....then big rain shortened my early morning run. Bug my legs felt good again! Ready for Free State trail marathon on Saturday.

      Nice job. You're right...signs of dehydration at the end. St. Louis is a hilly course. Congratulations on your time! I'm glad you're alright!
