    I did my 60 Burpees, 5 sets of 12 with 6 pullups between sets, a total of 1830 burpees completed since 01/01/11. The next 40 days will be fun.

    Snuck over to the gym for a quick 30 minute run.

    4 Hours of shoveling my driveway

    Well it took me 4 hours and 2100 calories to clear my 600ft driveway of the 18 inches of snow. I wore my HRM for the fun of it.
