On Tuesday, near the end of the run, I experienced a wonderful floating feeling. In this 2x3x70m strides workout with warm up and cool down runs, I found further signs it exists, but did not experience it again in this workout. I suspect not finding it was related to being shod (Inov-8 Bare-X Lite 150) instead of barefoot as I was Tuesday. Cadence and pace were much slower as I was experimenting a bit in hopes of finding the float.
