This was a 3.21 mile aerobic run plus a cool down walk. My pace was fairly consistent. My right hip got a little tight again. If I altered my form to engage my hamstrings and glutes just before landing in order to make my form slightly bouncy and a little stiff legged, it eased the hip tightness a little. It also raised my HR a little, to just above the top of my target range. It felt good, though, so I let it slide and kept going. I think I figured something out with my NB MT110 also. On a prior run, I felt a bit of numbness in my feet after a couple of miles. Today, I did not have any numbness, just a bit of a tingling feeling at the end. I suspect my slightly higher cadence matched closer to the resonance of the shoe. I am glad as I generally like these shoes.
