      TIM, what do you mean by played with the foot landing? If you are experiencing overloaded shin muscles chances are you are landing to far forward of center as well as probably tense in the foot prior to landing. To change this you need to insure that you are leading from your core and living your feet under your body only. No forward swinging of the thigh actively.

      Thanks, Harry. On a positive note, I last saw the chiropractor a year ago February. Switching to minimal has really helped my back. Now, if only I can eliminate the less smart actions of moving large things like refrigerators. ;)
