3 Miler / Lunch Hour / Fit Cen 'Mill

Another lunch hour 3. LOVE the new treadmills. They feel more solid (yet "soft") and more "secure" than the old ones. I get less dizzy, and can actually run a bit faster. Yay.

Got all of my miles in this week.
