Cold. (Brought out the cold pants, heavy gloves for the first time this season…) Dark. (But not too dark…later start made a difference!)
Ran without Bandit, and without music. Felt "heavy" and a bit slow, but kept it nice and easy. Not worried about slight stiffness, slight "heavy" feeling, and every-so-slight soreness… Rocked a solid hour of racquetball last night, so that's probably to be expected!
Good run. Back-to-Back morning runs. Yay!
