Met up with an old friend hadn't seen in years and had an easy run to talk and catch up. Felt too hot and tired but enjoyed the time catching up. I'll take that over coffee any day!

Started off today with a 90 minute tennis lesson/drills. Then brought the fun in doors for a almost a 3 hour much needed strength session. I will be sore tomorrow.. and I earned it!
