  4. Sorry I haven't been on dm for 3 days, I have either really bad allergies or a cold, my head feels heavy and my throat is sore:( see you all when I get over this!

    It was really hard to breathe on the last mile and a half, and on the end of the first mile I had to walk due to a BIG cramp:) splits: 8:07,7:22,6:37

      oh cramps are bad try running alittel slower next time if you cramped that just means that you over worked youself, so a little slower and drink while running^^ you´ll get used too it^^

    It was great:) the only problem is that I have this pulled muscle on my lower left back, It made me lose my breath every couple minutes, but hopefully that is gone next time:)

      Well, I Pulled it playing soccer 2 days ago, i am hoping it goes away soon:) it feels like a 1 inch diameter knot in my lower back:( I think it will leave soon:)

      Man, you did 8:33 pace w/ a sore back? Impressive. By the way, a good chiropractor can help... and the longer it's out the more visits it takes to fix. (I've learned this the hard way.)

    Ran 2 miles and then played soccer,
    I will probably be off daily mile 4 a couple days due to foot injury from soccer:) All I can say is NEVER try to steal the ball from Nathan P:)

    My first run:) its GREAT being on asthma control!! That is probably why I never was able to make it over 1.5 miles:)

      Not a problem, buddy. YOU GOT THIS!. Just do it like you ride your bike...... all out. You'll be fine, you just never feel prepared enough for a test, but somehow you can always get through it. Do good, and then crawl back on the bike. See you on the road.
