Christina ran 2 miles in 26 mins goodLocal – 2 mi / 00:27 13:23 pace
First time running the neighborhood. I was a little spooked by some wild animals... definitley taking a stick with me next time. The run was good, just hate that I live on the side of a mountain, it was hell getting home.

Wasn't feeling it. I needed to do 2 miles, but quit at 1.5.... how sad is that?

Christina ran 2 miles in 27 mins goodTreadmill – 2 mi / 00:27 13:41 pace
Sprinted the straights, walked the curves. Much harder on a treadmill... but doable. :P

well done....but wondering how u see curves on treadmill or are our treadmills outdated...we dont have a computer screen on it ...could that be the difference?

You are doing great... keep it up chica. I personally can go farther/longer on the treadmill. Get me outside and I have so much less endurance.

Hahaha, Marcelle, my treadmill has a little picture of a track on it. As you go, little dots light up the screen to let you know where your at.
Also... I usually run at 6.0 MPH.... but I run a 13 min mile because I stop to walk.. (I dont run 13 mph) LOL. My treadmill only goes up to 9.. I think!!
