    Haven't felt this great after a run in a long, long time. Glad to be back and hoping to make it part of my regular workout routine.

    Went okay. Groin injury still a tad bit sore. Probably need to stretch it a bit more during warm ups.

    Concentrated on glutes + leg muscles today. Starting to see improvements in my thighs. : ) And my endurance is increasing too. High five.

    Warmed up with a 10 minute run on the tread followed up with a 2000 m rowing workout. Targeted quads and abs on the weights.

    I think that was my time on the machine. I've got to keep better track next time. Targeted legs today. 25 minutes on treadmill with incline. Whoo hooo!

    Went well, like totally. Lots of biceps and triceps work plus bench pressing.

    Took a slow and steady walk with baby. Also broke-in the new kicks. I think the shoes like me. Hugged my curves in all the right places.
