    Decided to give my toes a rest from the pounding, so did a longer walk today. It was 107 outside, so a little toasty. All in all a decent bit of cardio!

  5. Having problems with the much pressure. They do this all the time. I've changed shoes, lost toenails, etc... but it always comes back. Any ideas on a solution?

    30 minutes of intervals and 30 minutes of incline...My legs are sore from yesterday, but in a good way!

  8. I've set a new goal for myself. One hour per day of running/slash walking. I don't care how fast, or how far, as long as I get at least that hour of cardio in!

    Felt good to do an hour of cardio. The intervals really help me get back into it, without making me dread it.

      Intervals are really hard for me to get motivated for...but once Im on the treadmill....Time flies by!!! So they are good.....I GUESS!!! :)
