It was so worth getting up at 5:30 this morning. It was a little chilly even :-) The time on my miles were 12:19, 12:53 and .... 10:38. That last one was gooood! I was trying to get all negatives splits, but this will do :-) My feet still aren't used to all the standing at work, so they're doggin a bit. I'm going to try for a 6 miler on Saturday. It's a pretty big goal but I figured if I could do 5 miles last weekend, I can do 6 this weekend. Even if it takes me an hour and a half, I'm going for it! That would put me at 11 miles for the week, which is pretty good for me. Run strong my friends. (or cycle, or swim, etc)
