It was so worth getting up at 5:30 this morning. It was a little chilly even :-) The time on my miles were 12:19, 12:53 and .... 10:38. That last one was gooood! I was trying to get all negatives splits, but this will do :-) My feet still aren't used to all the standing at work, so they're doggin a bit. I'm going to try for a 6 miler on Saturday. It's a pretty big goal but I figured if I could do 5 miles last weekend, I can do 6 this weekend. Even if it takes me an hour and a half, I'm going for it! That would put me at 11 miles for the week, which is pretty good for me. Run strong my friends. (or cycle, or swim, etc)


Go for it! 6 miles is a great work out. It will make your 5 k's faster. good luck, nice run today.

Bravo, looks like you had a great run. Chilly morning are the best. After that first mile, ya start to wishin' it was a little cooler. Six miles! Do it. You do a six miler in the morning, you'll sleep really good that night, I guarantee it. Hour and a half? Take all the time you need, just make sure your enjoying it. Have fun. Set a good meditative pace, you can go all day.

Hopefully the kids will have a sleepover at my parents house Friday. Them I can take my hubby with :-) That would be a great run!

Sounds awesome! I am gonna be up and at them early tomorrow as well to try to sneak an outside run in. Haven't done that yet. Good luck getting hat extra mile in!!
