I hate the sun. This run was lame because the sun is very rude. Shinning all bright and hot. Not cool. Anyway, I don't know how many more runs I'll get in this week, the hubby is heading out of town tomorrow night and won't be back until Sunday night and I'm not sure what my schedule is for work the rest of the week. So, there are my lame excuses for not running. I at least got a run in that was longer than 3.50 miles. I gotta try and get some more miles on my runs. I am not a sprinter, so I should be a distance runner, right? So, let's get some distance. I read an article about the 30-20-10 workout that Amby Burfoot (sp) has put together, so I tried it on this run. It did take my mind off how far I was going and made me focus more on time. I don't have a stopwatch or super spiffy garmin, so I just count down in my head:-) I'll have to give it another go next time. Run strong everyone, and stay safe and cool.
