Legs are still sore from last weeks workouts and runs. I guess it wasn't really a bad run, just a bit breezy, mostly while running back the last half on that mad mile long gradual climb. It's all good, though. I got it done and I feel good. Maybe some more stretching throughout the day and I'll be good to go. Have a great day everyone!


Looks like some good miles you put in. I hate being sore! Hope you feel better after this run..sometimes it helps shake that soreness off! :)
