The plan was to do a short warmup, 5x1K repeats with 400M rests and a short cool down. In my head I thought my repeat goal time was 4:30 but it was actually 4:38 so I didn't do as horribly as I thought. But I still am not where I was a few months ago- which I knew but still wanted to test myself.

I tried to do that last one on the sidewalks instead of around the track- BAD IDEA! I really need the visual cue of the track so I know exactly how far I have left. Plus I got stopped at a light. And it was really warm and I didn't bring water like a dummy. But it is done and I am calling it a success :)
