      Woot! Ok - so I am having serious core issues post second C-section. Do you think piyo would address this? I'm really feeling it in my hips & core getting back into running. I need to cram for a fall marathon but want to spend winter doing my "homework" to prepare for strong spring next year. Or maybe I should check in with you after you've run the course?
