      tiffany, hang in there. it is different for everyone, getting used to the altitude running. just relax & enjoy the running, the lungs & cardio system will eventually adapt. and definitely hit some of those trails sam is running!

    A bit of advice: if you're moving to the Mile High City, don't take off 6 weeks of running before you get there, you'll feel even crappier. :/
