    1 Mile Warm up and Cool Down, 2 minute intervals (6:53-7:44) with 2 minute walk/jog recovery. Went out at 10am and could not believe how awesome the weather was! Felt great!

    Gorgeous day out for a run at Flatwoods. 1 Mile warm up and cool down, 2 minute intervals (between 7:29-7:42) and 2 minute recovery, walk/jog. Loved it!
