Friday Team Anthem Sprint Tri - Swim

Meet up with 6 other members of the local Triathlon team for a fun sprint triathlon distance workout. We setup all our gear and then went inside the local community center to hit the pool. I swam in my tri kit to keep the moving parts of my transition to a minimum. This worked out great. Once I was done swimming I ran outside the community - jumped on my bike and headed out.

Each person was responsible to keep their own times for this event and we used the bike/run courses that are used for the sprint triathlons that are held in town 3 times per year.
