great Wednesday Night Run 7.73 mi 01:13 09:27 pace

Wednesday Night Run - I did not know what to do tonight. Lost track of time once I got home from work and missed my chance to get in a good swim session. So, I checked with my wife and daughter and they were going to watch something on TV - that did not sound like fun. Then, I decided to go for a run...grab headlamp, iPod shuffle and sneakers - out the door. It was 830 when I left the house - I told my wife not to worry about me until 10pm. She asked where was I going to run, I said arund the town.....LOL...
In the end, I ran 7.73 miles and had a freaking blast. I want to keep my pace at or around 9:30 for the run - no matter what distance I did. I wanted this to be a longer, slower effort. It ran 2.71 miles with Lucy this morning - so the total for the day running is 10.44 miles - That is awesome for me. Smile.....

    That is awesome for most everyone! Great run Thomas it is fun to break out the headlamp every once and a wile.
