good HRR speed work 6.25 mi 00:40 06:24 pace
Tonight work from coach Dennis was 40 min of 1200 around marathon pace then 400 at 5k pace do as many sets as you can in 40 min got 6 knocked feeling really good legs felt like gliding!!

good Easy miles on oceanfront 7 mi
Nice easy run after my spasm attack last night did not know if I could even run today, went really easy to loosen the muscle felt pretty good massage and rest tomorrow
