Felt really slow but overall a decent run. Just one problem: the last couple of weeks I've been having troubles with my heart rate strap (Garmin soft strap). My watch tends to have more difficulties 'finding' the monitor before the run, then it's fine for a while and usually toward the middle or end of a run it displays heart rates which are way to low (unless I suddenly became a world class athlete :p). Does somebody have any ideas to fix this?
