    First ride in about 6 months. Kept it short and relatively easy, quite happy with this after so long off the bike. Feeling excited for more rides to come!

    Never felt this bad on a run. Ran 7k and walked the remaining distance. Probably due to my sore stomach since I wasn't even breathing hard.

      haha!! I know.....isn't it fun? That was a great run homeward. 13 Km is nothing to dismiss (anywhere!!). I hope the internship is fun.

      A great commute session, and I wouldnt say its not worth mentioning, 13k is a good distance for any level of runner, well done
