    I ran 6 miles this morning in a lot of heat and humidity. I added 3 miles tonight, man, there was darkness all over the place. It's incredible how that happens every day. Anyways, 6 + 3=9.

    I think the marathon on Sunday loosened up all my joints. I feel better than I have in a few years. Plan to train hard through the summer and look for a fall marathon or ultra.

      @Danny-I developed speed from the police chasing me. @Kate-Running the day after a marathon is the best way to recover, it gets the blood flowing through your muscles.

    Definitely tapering, I haven't done just 4 miles in about a year. It actually felt good, now I have more time to get in trouble the rest of the day.
