6 * 1 Mile interval run with 3 mins recovery under Kothandapani Kc coaching. 6m52s, 7m06s, 7m05s, 7m01s, 6m47s, 6m35s. Consistant pace hence happy with my performance today. The last 2 intervals were barefoot, hence faster pace. Now a bit confident that I can attempt a sub 44m pace @ TCS.
