It was hot, I was tired...but in the good tired way. It is the exhausted from busting your ass tired...not having your head in your ass tired.

I was happily surprised to see that this run was progressive. I did not look at my garmin at all while I was running. 9:02, 8:47, 8:43, (8:13)
