  1. RUN
    good treadmill run/walk 3.5 mi

Kept it slow and easy with lots of walking.

  2. Nathan was born on 11/1/11 via c-section. After a 2-month hiatus from running (I ran up until about a month before Baby Day), on 12/2/11, I finally felt recovered enough to attempt running again.

I still stuck to a slow jog with plenty of walk breaks, but it was good :) I forgot how much happier I feel after I have a good workout. I think I missed running more than I realized!

You are an amazing woman! I hope that you continue to feel good and are able to sneak in those work outs as needed. It is as much about the mental health aspect as the physical health. Rock on!

    alright Bike Path 2.5 mi

It was a nice brisk walk and I enjoyed the fall colors! I didn't feel compelled to run at all, so I think I'm going to throw in the towel and say I am DONE running for now. This makes me very sad... read more

  7. walk
    alright treadmill 2.75 mi

I walked. All of it. I just didn't have it in me to run today. "Listen to your body", they say...so that is what I was doing. But the problems is, walking is boring. You don't get any... read more

    great Bike path 4.5 mi

Started out w/ Big Boy, but he was like an anchor so I brought him home after a mile. Ran the next 3.5 with only a single stop, and that was in an effort to avoid passing a man and his dog. Didn't ... read more

Theresa, I ran or ellipticalled or cycled 3 to 5 days per wk until the night before the planned Csection at 39 wks. I think women are insane not to be active into the 3rd tri. Great job! Btw...will you be joining the family of five club now?
