Missed #CrossFit this morning due to crappy night of sleep. Lifting heavy things on little sleep didn't seem like that would be a good idea. Can't go this evening due to prior commitments so a run it was! Hot and humid and horrible. But nice to get outside and get moving today.

    Nice run Andrea! Good call on skipping CF. I've found that I really need a good night's sleep before I do that kind of lifting.
