CrossFit class today. Heavy squats and handstands. Squats only went okay today but I will get the move down at some point! Power snatches and jumping over the bar. Snatches went great, jumping just alright.


Nice work out! I'm getting back into my cross fit classes after the pig. I love the workouts....very intense!

Cindy, don't worry I was lost too! ;) I did headstands on cushions. Eventually I'll get up to a full handstand.
