Intro class #3 today for CrossFit. It was all squats and my knees just cannot handle that kind of deep squat. Meh. Not feeling so great about class today.

Oh so much better than Monday's run! I totally let Monday's run get in my head and weight me down. Today, even though it was a lunch run, went really well.
Hallelujah! Finally got a run in after over a week of not being able to get out. It was rough and not pretty but I am happy to have been outside!

Hot. Ugly. Shorts. Tee-shirt. Quickie lunch run but it was so hot and humid I couldn't even make 2.5. Stinks but at least I got something in today!

www.running2win.com....My son and I use this particular log. It can be social but does not have to be. The logging is simple but very thorough.
