      Nice run Andrea! Good call on skipping CF. I've found that I really need a good night's sleep before I do that kind of lifting.

    Intro class #3 today for CrossFit. It was all squats and my knees just cannot handle that kind of deep squat. Meh. Not feeling so great about class today.

      Karen, we had to do squats again today and that's exactly what I did. Still working on getting the move down without killing myself.
