good Wednesday Speedwork 7.5 mi 01:06 08:50 pace

Was supposed to do 2 miles warm-up, 2 miles cooldown, 2 miles at tempo, 3 minutes jogging rest and 2 more miles at tempo. Was supposed to do 8:25 pace for the tempo miles, but my splits for those were: 8:06, 7:55 (!!!!!!), 8:27, 8:08.

I'll take it :)
