Was supposed to do 12 x 400 with two miles warm-up and cooldown, but ended up doing a random mix of intervals that still resulted in a speedy run. Also, learned how to do intervals on my Garmin and ran to brunch so a pretty damn good run overall. Minus forgetting my wallet.
