Last week was my 30th birthday + a birthday trip to Puerto Rico, so it wasn't the most dedicated week of training. I did, however, still get my long run in today! The first 2 didn't feel so great but were still decent pace (sub-9); 2-5.5 kinda sucked, and then 5.5-11 felt fine after a Gu at 5.5. It's been a while since I've trained to PR a half so experimenting with some fueling now...that seemed to work.
